Treatment Costs
The parent or the legal guardian is responsible for any financial obligations incurred in a child’s treatment.
All accounts for professional services rendered are payable on the day of treatment. Payments can be made by cash, direct debit, Master card, VISA, Amex. Credit card payments can also be taken over the phone.
Major treatment including treatment under general anaesthetic is to be paid in full no later than a week before treatment.
Dental Insurance
Fees for services rendered are the same for all patients, whether they are insured or not. Following treatment, a payment invoice will be issued to you. For payment using your Health fund card you may use the HICAPS terminal at our clinic or attach the payment receipt to your insurers claim form and send it to your insurer for reimbursement.
